ST L78S05CV Voltage Regulator, 5 volt (GKDWV VW CHN 104)

The regulator gives 5 volt on the output, when given 5-24 volt on the input.

There is added two capacitors (0,33 uF and 0,1 uF), also a diode to protect the regulator...

The 1000 uF capacitor is charged through the 47k resistor. This resistor defines the time.
When the capacitor has enough power the bc547 transistor opens for ground to the relay.
The 10k resistor is pull-down for the transistor.

A simple FAN-control

When the sensor gets hotter the resistance changes and the transistor gives more power.
Use a ~100k variable resistor or a potentiometer to adjust the resistance.
The 10k resistor is to protect the bc547 transistor from getting too much power.
